Best pizzeria in Münster! Only with group reservations, it could be a bit chaotic. Still it's worth it!

The pizza itself is excellent. Thin bottom and thick edge. Neapolitan stop. Unfortunately, there was no more milk available for a cappuccino, which shouldn't necessarily happen to a restaurant. Furthermore, the windows should be open and / or additional radiant heaters should be installed so that it is more pleasant to dine outside on cooler days.

The most delicious pizza in Münster and a great wine and attentive, friendly staff. Everything fits here ❤️

Nice personel! The pizza is great !!! You can't avoid dark spots in the stone oven 🤷🏼‍♀️ And in times of stress you can always forget something; with us it was the cutlery😅 but the wine was always there😊 The next table helped out with the cutlery and otherwise we would have contacted you! All in all: small mistakes that were made up for with sympathy! We'd love to come back!

Great Neapolitan style pizza. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All ingredients are regional or original Italian, which makes the food even more pleasant.

Simply the best pizzas in Münster in terms of taste. Nice staff and so are the operators. When a pick-up order was made at the time, a pizza was exchanged, which resulted in a small compensation the next time I visited.

Ordered 2 margherita take away. At home pizza no. 1 almost completely eaten, but the burn blisters left on the edge. Pizza No. 2: When opening the box, immediately startled because of the many burn blisters. Looked at the bottom of the pizza: Too dangerous, I won't eat. Brought back to the pizza shop and complained. Reaction: It's just a Neapolitan pizza, but I could like to get a new one that is less dark. I once read that many Neapolitan pizzas are "carcinogenic blisters on the outside" and "rather wetland" on the inside. The pizzas that I received from the 481 pizza factory were definitely blistered and relatively soft on the inside. I wouldn't call this "wetland" just yet, but relatively humid. You can also see plenty of burn blisters on many of the photos in the Google reviews. Didn't seem to mind the reviewers ?! Does that have to be the case with Neapolitan pizzas? Then maybe place a photo at the entrance with the inscription: "Dear guest, this is what our pizzas look like from below. It's normal." Image description: Image 1: 2 pieces of pizza no. 1. Image 2 and 3: Pizza no. 2, top and bottom. Picture 4 and 5: Pizza No. 3 (noticeably a lot of cheese :) and what was left of it after eating.

The food is quite good. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our pizza, while many around us had long since received the food they ordered later. Unfortunately, you can only pay with Girocard and not with credit card, an absurdity for a restaurant.

Very friendly staff and super delicious pizza! Unfortunately you couldn't tip with a card, so pack a little change. Until next time! 😊

Service very friendly and also quite fast, although the store was full. Food very good and tasty. We sat inside and it was really loud so you could barely talk. Therefore a star deduction.

First time in Münster and as a good Italian I am of course attracted by the best pizza in town. They suggested me 481 Pizzamanufaktur as a good pizzeria, so let's see. Location not so far from the city center but pretty anonymous. The place is crowded outside, while inside it is almost empty due to the hot temperature. I asked for one place and they put me on the corner inside, where no air was passing and a led light was pointing directly on my head to make me feel even warmer. After few minutes I ordered a Pizza salami piccante, a Fritz Cola and a small water. The drinks arrived pretty soon, but smaller than you could possibly imagine. It seemed they were playing on make the customers thirsty to make more money. The restaurant was crowded outside , as I said, so I waited more than 25 minutes. That wasn't quite a problem. But, the couple in front of me which set at the table 10 minutes after me, was served few minutes before me. That wasn't nice indeed. Finally the Pizza arrived and it was burned. Probably, I shouldn't be so surprised, since most of the pictures on Google looked really burned, but I was nevertheless disappointed. Too hungry to complain and wait for another one. The dough was not bad, it was a good quality, also if I don't really enjoy doughs so similar to white bread, the one that you have to chew for 10 minutes before being able to swallow. It is a matter of taste, but I prefer the really light one, quite difficult to achieve and this wasn't one of these. The seasoning was supposed to be mozzarella, tomato's sauce and spicy salami, but in the middle they put also some onions. They could have put more mozzarella and more sauce, but also this is a matter of taste. I ate as fast as I could, because I was feeling far too warm after 30 minutes waiting. 10 minutes and I was at the cash desk ready to pay and leave. The cost of the Pizza was acceptable, while the cost for the drinks was far too high. I was ready to go, but at the cash desk they didn't accept my German card, so I had to go to the atm and came back there to settle my bill and put an end to this unpleasant evening. Settled the bill, while I was finally leaving the place one of the girl with a far too enthusiastic voice screamed her "GoodBYE!" that sounded to me like "get out of here troublemaker and never come back!", but you know, with a touch of girly kindness. That is for sure, you will never see me again.

Awesome pizzas, drinks and service

Food is great, the quality is top and the ingredients are high quality. Unfortunately, we found the enormous volume, due to the fact that the restaurants really small. Reservation is mandatory.

The pizza was delicious, but that should definitely be the case at this price. 0.2 l Cola for 2.50 € also a proud penny, but good. You do not treat yourself otherwise. The service was not rude now, but could be a little nicer. If the senior is there, the employees behave differently.

Best Pizza in Town!

They got everything right about a pizza and everything wrong about organisation. I am giving them 2 starts only because the pizza was good. I went there on a Saturday evening (of course it is a very busy time). I booked the table one day before and they gave me only one slot and did not offer any flexibility with the timing, which is okay and understandable. Inspite of the reservation, we had to wait for more that 15 mins to get a table allocated. There was no place to even sit while waiting. We were just standing there. The starters took forever to arrive and the pizzas took even longer to arrive. Approximate waiting time was around half an hour. (May be this was because it was a Saturday evening) Oh they do not accept cards (any cards), so make sure you take cash with you. We had to go find an ATM, withdraw money and had to pay by cash. Which was also pretty annoying. However, the pizzas tasted good. In my humble opinion, this place is totally overrated.

Simple & nice italian pizza

You can also sit outside on the street, there are shady and sunny places. I find the ambience warm and inviting. The staff is very friendly and with a smile on their face :) Even if we had to wait about 40 minutes for the pizza, it was worth it, exceptionally tasty. The selection of pizza is manageable, which I personally find very good. The best place to park is at Ludgeriplatz.

Great Neapolitan pizzeria with warm service and exceptionally great pizza. Authentic ingredients, great quality. Italian wines and beers are available. Small but fine menu with selected dishes. When the weather is nice, you can eat outside on a small terrace. Definitely recommendable 👍🏻
